At Slurrp Farm, we strive to ensure your little ones enjoy our nutritious snacks, but we offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items to guarantee complete satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, providing your order ID and a photo of the product received.

Our team will review your request and images to verify the eligibility of the return based on damage, leakage, or shipment errors.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted courier partners.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will either ship a fresh replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
